About XMFMC

In November 2023, I (u/schitzeljollux) started posting ex-Mormon themed, parody movie poster memes to ex-Mormon Reddit (r/exmormon). The first two landed on Nemo the Mormon's Mormon Meme Review #7, and it grew from there.

In January 2024, I posted the first XMFMC comic to r/exmormon, using a minimalist art style heavily influenced by Cyanide and Happiness to express ex- and post-Mormon themes. I post whenever inspiration hits, so expect unpredictable updates and sporadic bursts of creativity.

In July 2024, I started publishing AI-assisted, ex- and post-Mormon themed songs on SoundCloud. I write the lyrics, and AI produces the audio files.

Why XMFMC?

XMFMC is my way of expressing I'm an eX-believer in the MotherFucking Mormon Cult.
